Returns & Refund Policy

At Pet & Home, we're dedicated to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase due to one of the following reasons below, you can return or exchange any item within 90 days of receipt.

Flexible Exchanges and Simple Returns

Need a different size? Email us at hello@petandhomeco.com promptly to exchange your item or to initiate a return. We understand that preferences evolve, and we strive to accommodate your needs swiftly. Please keep in mind that our inventory is constantly changing. If the item you want is no longer available, we will process a refund for the original item.

Cancellation Options

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@petandhomeco.com. For orders not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund you in full. If the order is already on its way, simply follow our easy return process.

Dealing with Faults or Damages

Received something faulty or damaged? Let us fix that for you! Email us a description and a photo of the issue to hello@petandhomeco.com, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.

Mistakes Happen

If the item you received isn't what you ordered, let us know at hello@petandhomeco.com. We'll send the correct item or process a refund, based on your preference.

Color Not As Advertised?

  1. Email us at hello@petandhomeco.com with your order number and a photo of your items. The photo must contain a date and a name.
  2. Kindly allow us some time to review your photo and compare it with the product images on our website.
  3. We'll issue a replacement/return for items that do not match the color of the contents of your order. You can initiate a return/replacement within 90-days of receipt.
  4. We'll issue a refund/exchange only in the cases where the color you received doesn't match the color you ordered. Example: You ordered Dark Grey but received Light Grey.

Missing Orders

  1. Reach out to us at hello@petandhomeco.com. We'll investigate and either resend the missing order or issue a refund.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@petandhomeco.com with your order number and return reason + a photo showcasing the issue.
  2. Pack the items safely, ideally in the original packaging, including your invoice.
  3. Attach the return label we provide and arrange a pickup via our customer service.

Refunds Process

We process your return swiftly once received and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs, within 7 days.

Customer Remorse, Wrong Size, or Package Torn

If you are not satisfied with your purchase because of a wrong size or torn product you can follow our return/refund process outlined above please follow the return process outlined above. You can initiate a return/refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

We Reserve The Right Not To Offer Returns/Refunds in the following cases:

 

1. Covers not fitting because sofa cushions are not removable. We've clearly outlined that for our covers to work you need to make sure that your couch cushions are removable and match the dimensions of our covers.

2. Product on the photo send by the customer is exactly as advertised and in the correct color.

 

We cover all shipping costs for returns, making your experience hassle-free.
